CargoPilot Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your CargoPilot account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 (In-App):
Open the CargoPilot app → Go to Profile → Settings → Tap “Delete Account”
Option 2 (Manual Request):
Email us at: support@cargopilotapp.com
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email associated with your account.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account is deleted:
Your account and login credentials are permanently removed
Your submitted tips and reviews are permanently deleted from the platform
Any associated user data stored in our database is deleted
Uploaded images are deleted from our storage systems where applicable
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deletion Timeframe
Account deletion is processed immediately when completed in-app.
Manual deletion requests are processed within 3–7 business days.
Data Retention
We may retain limited information where required for:
Legal obligations
Fraud prevention
Platform security and integrity
This retained data is not used for active user accounts or public display.
