CargoPilot Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your CargoPilot account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 (In-App):
Open the CargoPilot app → Go to Profile → Settings → Tap “Delete Account”

Option 2 (Manual Request):
Email us at: support@cargopilotapp.com
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email associated with your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

  • Your account and login credentials are permanently removed

  • Your submitted tips and reviews are permanently deleted from the platform

  • Any associated user data stored in our database is deleted

  • Uploaded images are deleted from our storage systems where applicable

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deletion Timeframe

Account deletion is processed immediately when completed in-app.
Manual deletion requests are processed within 3–7 business days.

Data Retention

We may retain limited information where required for:

  • Legal obligations

  • Fraud prevention

  • Platform security and integrity

This retained data is not used for active user accounts or public display.
