These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CargoPilot mobile application ("CargoPilot", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

CargoPilot is intended for use by adults and logistics professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

2. Use of the App

CargoPilot provides tools to help users plan logistics-related stops by viewing and submitting location-based tips and photos. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

3. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit, including text, photos, and location information. By submitting content, you grant CargoPilot a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app.

Do not submit content that is illegal, misleading, offensive, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

4. Public Content

Tips and photos you submit may be visible to other users. CargoPilot does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content and is not responsible for decisions made based on such content.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Content Moderation

CargoPilot reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to users or the platform.

7. Disclaimer

CargoPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability of the app for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CargoPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to CargoPilot at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
